My name is Paul Hashemi. I’m a management consultant, musician, and entrepreneur. In my role as a consultant, I have worked with companies in the consumer goods, financial services, and health care industries, as well as a wide variety of international development institutions, national and international nonprofits, and government agencies, specializing in strategic planning and revenue generation issues. My professional career started with a credit card company where I played roles in marketing, risk management, and strategic planning. I hold graduate degrees in management, public policy, and systems engineering. I am currently working on a startup that will allow musicians to collaborate on a massive scale to write and create recorded music; playing in a band called The Daybreak Line; and serving on the board of trustees for the Septima Clark Public Charter School in Washington, DC. I live in Arlington, Virginia with my wife, two beautiful daughters, and our Labrador retriever Baloo, all of whom are intensely creative.
